At Ashbourne, we collect membership fees from members’ bank accounts, process these payments and then pass them on to our customers (all in a safe and highly secure way). It’s for this reason that we’ve appeared on your bank statement recently and why the payment hasn’t been taken directly by your club.
We work with lots of gyms and clubs across the country and we work with yours too. We’re authorised and, of course, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) meaning we are held to the highest standards of conduct.
